Here in the Philippines, we have the likes of Jake Zyrus and Aiza Seguerra.
Zyrus, formerly Charice, came out as a lesbian in 2013. This year, he officially called himself as a transman saying that Charice was already 'dead.'
Seguerra, on the other hand, came out as a lesbian in 2007. In 2014, he came out as a transman prior to his marriage to Liza Diño, who is now the chairwoman of the Film Development Council of the Philippines.
