Loisa Andalio had a very entertaining treat to her fans as she officially entered a new chapter of womanhood.
On the night of April 29, Loisa showcased her God-given talents in front of hundreds to even a thousand supporters celebrating her 18th birthday, through her first ever major concert Loisa 18: A Birthday Concert held at the Music Museum in Greenhills, San Juan.
Produced by Star Events, the entire concert was filled with performances designed for her and her audience, whom she has been thankful for their undying support since she entered the Pinoy Big Brother house in 2014.
Loisa opened the concert singing Zayn Malik and Taylor Swift's "I Don't Wanna Live Forever." Few more song performances served as her take off not until she belted out her rendition of "Starving" by Hailee Steinfield, that was when she reached her cruise altitude.
Joined by Hashtags members Ryle Santiago, Jimboy Martin, and Paulo Angeles on stage, Loisa showed off her dance moves. As we all know, she was a former member of It's Showtime!'s all-girl group Girltrends and now a member of ASAP's BFF5.
The song performances continued. She was joined by her dad, Leo Andalio, as they performed Edwin McCain's "I'll Be," wherein the two got emotional.
"Basta masaya ka, susuportahan kita," Loisa's dad told her.
"Kahit nakapikit, alam namin kantahin 'yung 'I'll Be.' Saka talagang siya ang 'greatest fan' of my life."
Apart from the concert itself, one of her biggest dreams was fulfilled on the same night -- to perform on stage with Yeng Constantino, one of the OPM artists she looks up to. Loisa and Yeng had a duet of "Jeepney Love Story."
Yeng, for her part, didn't give any advice to Loisa in terms of singing because she believes that the teen star has always had the potential.
Loisa also shared how grateful she is to Star Music for fulfilling her dream to be a legitimate recording artist. From there, she performed her debut single live for the first time, her rendition of Sharon Cuneta's "High School."
The night would not be complete without a performance from her and her real life bestfriend, Maris Racal. The "LoiRis" tandem sang and danced to Rihanna's "Umbrella."
Kaya naman dito sa concert ko, hindi makukumpleto 'to nang wala siya," said Loisa.
Maris, on the other hand, wished Loisa all the best.
Before the last part of the concert, Loisa was surprised by the appearance of Ronnie Alonte who brought her flowers on stage. The 'Kilig King' made the night kilig-filled as he serenaded Loisa with "Mahal Na Mahal."
Loisa closed the show with a performance of "One Last Time" by Ariana Grande.
