After the left-field success of his debut single “Di Na Bale”, 22-year old rising artist BRYANT releases his proper follow-up single “Makina”. The new song is a slight departure from his previous slow love song singles, as he delves into more upbeat and club-friendly fare. This release tells a common story told from the perspective of a guy who takes a fancy on a girl who wants to takes things too fast framed with an engaging, head-bopping modern R & B/hip-hop musical arrangement.

Bryant Nichole Dagdag hails from Angeles City, Pampanga and is the elder brother of popular TV personality and recording artist Sassa Dagdag. He has also had the fortune of doing guest appearances on big events headlined by the likes of Moira, Ben and Ben, and December Avenue, among others. He’s also an aspiring pilot who recently received his Aeronautical Engineering course at Holy Angel University in his hometown of Pampanga.
He was dabbling on posting cover song performances and demos of original songs on his YouTube channel before hooking up with DNA Music and Rise Artist Management. His debut single “‘Di Na Bale” is a love song reminiscing the feeling of not being enough for someone as inspired by internet star Zeinab Harake’s past lovelife issues. The track almost two million views on Star Music’s official Facebook channel and almost 1.3 million on YouTube.
“Malaya Ako” is a silky orchestral-themed new age trap R & B song written for iWant's original series Hush, an anthology series featuring taboo stories about romance. Written by Joshue Dizon and arranged by multi-awarded songwriter-producer Jonathan Manalo, the song perfectly captures the series’ hot, sensual vibe as evidenced by its steamy official music video.
The Aeronautical Engineer that is Bryant is now engineering a career in music and is determined to reach his goals one step at a time and make his mark on the music scene.
