K-Pop has come a long way, even more so this past decade. In more recent years, we’ve seen all sorts of collaborations between K-Pop artists and musicians from the west, with a great majority of them enjoying success in both parts of the globe—you can look at Blackpink and Dua Lipa’s success with “Kiss And Make Up,” Wendy of Red Velvet and John Legend’s “Written In The Stars,” and BTS and Halsey’s “Boy With Luv” as proof of this.
That said, while we’re waiting for a few more days until the year (and the decade) closes, Billboard released a definitive list of the best K-Pop songs of the 2010s, with Girls’ Generation, 2NE1, INFINITE, Red Velvet, and IU take the top spots.
