It’s the high time to put together a summer playlist considering that we’re in the summer season already. To help you out in performing that task, we give you 10 of the hottest songs in the metro right now. Let’s find which songs made the MOR Pinoy Biga10 for the week spanning March 11-17.
10. Binibini by Jason Dy
This week’s new entry is “Binibini” by Jason Dy. We all know that the former The Voice winner is one of the finest music artists we have in the country right now, and we can only expect that his song will be a force to be reckoned with in any chart.
9. Ikaw Pa Rin by Patrick Quiroz
It’s status quo for Patrick Quiroz’s “Ikaw Pa Rin” as the song stays at no. 9 for this week. It’s anyone’s guess whether it will go up or drop down next week.
8. Demonyo by JK Labajo
JK Labajo’s “Demonyo” continues its downtrend this week as the song drops one spot to no. 8. JK’s fans shouldn’t be disheartened, however, as the song has already been charting for nine weeks already.
7. Nais Kong Ibalik by Noven Belleza
“Nais Kong Ibalik” started out strong last week by entering the Pinoy Biga10 at no. 6. This week, however, Noven Belleza’s song goes one spot lower. In spite of this week’s drop, we think that the song will do better in the coming weeks.
6. Puso by Alexa Ilacad
There are just three songs this week that experienced an improvement in the chart, and Alexa Ilacad’s “Puso” is one of them. It’s not difficult to understand why as the song is indeed something that you easily enjoy listening to. Let’s find out next week if the positive trend will continue.
5. Alam Na This by Kisses Delavin
On its third week in the Pinoy Biga10, Kisses Delavin’s “Alam Na This” drops one spot this week falling to the fifth spot. The good news, however, is that the song is still in the upper half of the chart which is impressive in itself considering that this week’s top 10 is loaded.
4. Pagka’t Nariyan Ka by Sam Mangubat
Awesome news for the Angels as Sam Mangubat’s “Pagka’t Nariyan Ka” jumps one spot higher this week. But they’re probably not surprises since they definitely had a helping hand in making this happen.
3. Opposites Attract by McCoy de Leon and Elisse Joson
Another song that kept it steady this week is McLisse’s “Opposites Attract.” What’s amazing is that the former chart topper is still battling for the top spot despite being in the Pinoy Biga10 for nine weeks already!
2. Tala by Maris Racal
Maris Racal’s “Tala” relinquishes the top spot this week by falling down to no. 2. But considering how popular this song has become, don’t be surprised if launches itself back up to the top in the weeks to come.
1. Shanawa by Maymay Entrata
Back on top, and no surprise to anyone is Maymay Entrata’s “Shanawa.” But what’s truly impressive about this song is that it’s also the longest staying track in the Pinoy Biga10 for a whopping 17 weeks already! We’re quite positive that streak will stretch even more, and the song will continue to challenge for the top spot in the weeks to come.

It may seem that Karlos is out of place in One Music PH because he’s someone who can’t live without sports. Until of course, he realized that he is equally passionate with music as well. He may not admit it just yet, but Karlos loves Davie Bowie very much. Oh, and he runs a barbershop too.
