Indie rock band Ang Bandang Shirley has just released the third single off their latest album, “Favorite.” Titled “Maginhawa,” the track is sure to bring back tender memories for those who frequent the famous Quezon City street.

And, as a perfect companion to the track and the rising summer heat, Ang Bandang Shirley has also collaborated with Moonleaf Tea Shop on an exclusive, special edition summer drink called “It’s Maginhawa.”

The band celebrated the launch last Saturday, May 6, at Route 196 with Rusty Machines, Oh, Flamingo, Halik ni Gringo, and We Are Imaginary.

“It’s Maginhawa” is available at Moonleaf Maginhawa (of course), with a free Ang Bandang Shirley sticker until supplies last.
