Held on Saturday, April 28 at San Juan Beach in La Union, the day-long event, which was presented in partnership with ABS-CBN Lifestyle, Bantay Kalikasan, and the Labor Union 2018, consisted a shore cleanup in the morning and a concert in the evening. The success of the event would have not been possible without the support of our sponsors led by San Mig Light.
The shore cleanup was joined by groups of people from the little surf town led by its barangay captain Edric Valdriz. Also joined by Kiana Valenciano, who was among the performers at the concert, kilos of garbages were collected just right the perimeter of the event area.
The concert at night, dubbed as ‘One Paradise Party,’ hosted by MOR DJs, Onse and Anna Ramsey was kicked off by the band Fuzzy Fernando who are proud locals of La Union.
Our very own ‘Be Discovered’ artists Michan and Timmy Albert came next as they serenaded the crowd with some of their original compositions.
Kiana heated up the event as the night went a bit deeper. He performed her chill and beat-ful tracks, including her latest one, “Misfits.”
Time for the ladies to get their doses of ‘kilig’ came when Kapamilya heartthrobs Carlo Aquino and Matteo Guidicelli rendered their respective sets.
The girls went gaga when the new batch of ABSCBN Lifestyle hotshots were presented.
Spotlight for some rock music courtesy of Kjwan and 6cyclemind turned on.
The band—led by Marc Abaya—got the music fans wet and wild with their hits, including “Pintura” and “Daliri,” and since San Mig Light was there to party with us, they even had a booth that sells San Mig Light for only fifty pesos, talagang mahaba-haba ang inuman! And no one could resist rocking out to Kjwan's music!
6cyclemind continued to hype the crowd with originally-a-five-song set turned almost-unlimited-songs set. The band performed their hits like “Biglaan,” “Sandalan,” “Trip,” and “Sige,” as well as some OPM covers.
DJs Alwyn Cruz and Marx Montinola took charge of the after party.
