As promised, One Music PH just finished airing the post-stream of the first One Music Live session of the year!
Audiences got to enjoy music from up and coming artists Unit 406, Cane City, Quacid, Tanakuta, Solabros.com, Sinqo, Argo, Carlito, our Wander Jam host Migz Haleco, Agsunta, and Davey Langit--add up to the biggest line-up of artists ever for for the live sessions.
This was also also the first live session open to the public, as it was held at the at the 12 Monkeys Music Hall & Pub, which is famous for holding some of the best gigs in town.
If that wasn't special enough, we invited Itchyworms frontman Jugs Jugueta to host the event and also get to know each of our featured artists in between sets. He even got Agsunta to speak up for the first time about their sudden announcement on social media and taking down all their videos on YouTube.
Lead singer Jireh Singson told Jugs "Matagal na namin siyang pinag-uusapan as a band. And 'yon nga, napagdesisyunan namin na time for ourselves muna," addressing the many questions as to why they decided to make the announcement.
They also clarified speculations of the group disbanding, all of them answering with a firm "Hindi, hindi kami mag-didisband."
The 4-hour live session was streamed on both Facebook Live and on YouTube on February 6, 2019. But in case you missed it, check out snippets of the event below:
Full video of each set will be available soon, so stay tuned!
