Kobe Bryant, 41, and daughter Gianna Bryant, 13, were among the 9 that died in the Calabasas Helicopter Crash on Sunday, January 26, 2020. Police are still investigating as to what caused the fatal accident that cost the lives of so many people.
However, their deaths were painfully felt, not only by the families they leave behind, but also by the fans that grew up idolizing Kobe and hoping all the best for his daughter Gianna:

My heart is in pieces hearing the news of this unimaginable tragedy. I can’t fathom what the families are going through. Kobe meant so much to me and to us all. Sending my prayers, love, and endless condolences to Vanessa and the family and anyone who lost someone on that flight.— Taylor Swift (@taylorswift13) January 26, 2020
Swift, a very close friend of the Bryants, tweeted: “Kobe meant so much to me and to us all. Sending my prayers, love, and endless condolences to Vanessa and the family and anyone who lost someone on that flight."
It’s so surreal. I have so many questions. As a father and a husband, this is absolutely devastating… but as a man of faith, I’m reminded of a peace in knowing that these two are one and whole in heaven with The Father. Praying we all lean into that… praying for the family and all those grieving. ❤️ #ripkobe #ripgigi (artwork: @bosslogic)
Bondoc, a Filipino guitarist and songwriter based in the US, was particularly devastated by the news: “As a father and a husband, this is absolutely devastating… but as a man of faith, I’m reminded of a peace in knowing that these two are one and whole in heaven with The Father.”

Life is so short. Make everyday as if it were your last.
Inigo, as we all know, is an avid basketball fan, and was even given the chance to perform during a game. He reminds us to cherish every moment.

According to him, Kobe was the first athlete he idolized, and his jersey will now be hanging on his office wall.
We offer our deepest condolences to the Bryant family during this very trying time of their lives.
