Young rap phenom Shanti Dope brought promising young hiphop newcomer HELLMERRY to the black mics of One Music Live to perform their fan fave collaboration "Loaded".

Shanti Dope is a very accomplished rap artist at a very young age. The 21-year old has already garnered a number of awards and over 200 million streams on YouTube with hits such as "MAU", "Nadarang", and "Amatz", which was also used in an episode of Marvel's Falcon and the Winter Soldier. HELLMERRY is another young rap prodigy who's part of Shanti's indie rap label Young God. "Loaded" has the pulse of today's hip-hop fans which tackles their lifestyle fantasies.

They also shared how the song came to be. "Nabuo namin yung kanta nung pinarinig sa kin ni HELLMERRY yung nabuo nilang chorus ni Kuya (longtime producer) Klumcee," Shanti Dope shared.

"Tapos sinundutan na lang namin ng mga verse..." HELLMERRY added.

"Yung concept and title ng kanta, andun na talaga...'Loaded', Shanti said. 

"Yung lyrics, 'Loaded'. Yung beat, 'Loaded', HELLMERRY enthusiastically explains.

"'Loaded' sa magandang beat," Shanti said while sharing a laugh with his partner-in-crime. "Magandang music video. Ispatan nyo si HELLMERRY full of grace..."

"Shanti Dope..." HELLMERRY responds straight back.

"Loaded" recently hit one million streams on Spotify. Shanti Dope in 2022 has released his Basic EP and his new single "Maya".  A solo US Tour scheduled this October and a Canadian tour with Gloc-9 scheduled this November have also been announced.
