The social media world has seen several viral videos featuring challenges powered by music. Among them are the Running Man, the I’m An Albatraoz, and the Harlem Shake challenges. Just recently, a new challenge has emerged in the local scene thanks to Vice Ganda. This new challenge that has now produced quite a number of viral videos already is the Trumpets Challenge, and it received an enormous boost after the all-male group Upgrade took the challenge to another level.
For those who are still not familiar with the Trumpets Challenge, it’s quite simple. The one doing the challenge will just have to play the song “Trumpets” by Sak Noel and Salvi featuring Sean Paul, and let it rip on the dance floor (or wherever you have the space to showcase your dance skills). Just recently, Upgrade did their own version of the challenge, and their video is now taking the social media by storm having more than 1.5 million views on YouTube as of this writing.

The all-male group Upgrade is composed by Armand Bernas, Casey Martinez, Mark Baracael, Miggy San Pablo, Rhem Enjavi and Ivan Lat who most definitely have the dance moves to mesmerize any audience. What’s interesting about the group’s viral video is that they just shot it while hanging out at one of their co-members’ house. They did not expect that they would be producing a huge hit, but here they are now making a noise on social media. Thanks to that video as well, a lot of people are acknowledging their talent as a group, and they admitted that they have received a lot of requests already to perform their version of the Trumpets challenge.
It’s perhaps safe to say that we’re all looking forward to how Upgrade will grab the social media world’s attention again with another epic performance.

It may seem that Karlos is out of place in One Music PH because he’s someone who can’t live without sports. Until of course, he realized that he is equally passionate with music as well. He may not admit it just yet, but Karlos loves Davie Bowie very much. Oh, and he runs a barbershop too.
